2017 Lexus ES350

To reset the 2017 Lexus ES/Hybrid after an oil change or maintenance service, please follow these instructions:

2. If a service is due the display will show "Service required". To reset this message, locate and press the OK button located on the right side of the steering wheel for more than 1 second.
3. The service interval will be reset to the default setting.
*The service interval feature has to be turned on and set by the user by accessing the SERVICE menu. Press the MODE button (double rectangle) on the right side of the steering wheel to highlight the SERVICE menu. Press the OK button to access the SERVICE INTERVAL menu to turn the SERVICE mode on and set the applicable interval.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Use a paperclip to push and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds. The CHANGE OIL SOON indicator flashes to indicate the system is reset.
3. Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
*The RESET button is under the passenger side glove compartment.

To reset the 2017 Kia Rondo 'Service Required' light after an oil change service, please follow these instructions:

1.Start the engine.
2. If a service is due the display will show "Service required". To reset this message, press the RESET button (down arrow) on the bottom right of the steering wheel for more than 1 second.
3. The service interval will be reset to the default setting.
*The service interval feature has to be turned on and set by the user by accessing the SERVICE menu. Press the MODE button (rectangle icons) on the bottom right of the steering wheel to highlight the USER SETTINGS menu. From the USER SETTINGS menu access the SERVICE INTERVAL and follow the instructions to turn the SERVICE INTERVAL mode on and set the applicable interval.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
