1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine), press ENG/MET button and release then press ENG/MET button again within 5 seconds.
2. Within 5 seconds of step 1, press and hold the RANGE button until the change oil indicator begins to flash.
3. Hold RANGE button until indicator stops flashing and goes out, about 10 seconds.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
