The 2013 Honda Civic sedan is offered is also offered in a hybrid gasoline model. The engine oil will require service when the Maintenance Minder light comes on. Follow these steps to reset this light:
Press the Start/Stop button once (do not start the engine).
Press the Menu button to go to the Vehicle Menu screen.
Select Vehicle Information with the (+) button, then press the SOURCE button.
Press the SOURCE button again to go to the Maintenance Info screen. The engine oil life reset mode will appear on the multi information display.
Select Yes with the (–) button, the press the SOURCE button. The engine oil life display returns 100%.
Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
