2014 HONDA Civic Maintenance Light Reset Instructions

non Multi-Information Display:
1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Press the SELECT/RESET knob until the engine oil life indicator is displayed.
3. Press the SELECT/RESET knob for more than 10 seconds. The engine oil life indicator and the maintenance code(s) will blink.
4. Press the SELECT/RESET knob for more than 5 seconds. The maintenance items codes(s) will disappear, and the engine oil life will reset to 100.
5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

Multi-Information Display:
1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Use the controls on the left hand side of the steering wheel. Press Menu and go to the Vehicle Menu screen.
3. Select Vehicle Information with the (+) button, then press the SOURCE button.
4. Press the SOURCE button again to go to the Maintenance info screen. The engine oil life appears on the i-MID.
5. Select Yes with the (-) button, then press the SOURCE button.
6. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
