2015 Ram 1500 Oil Life Reset & Service Specs

The 2015 Ram 1500 is offered in a gasoline and diesel model.  After performing the oil change the oil change indicator will need to be reset.  To reset the oil change indicator follow these instructions:

1. Press the Start/Stop button but do not start the engine.

2. Press and release the DOWN arrow button to scroll downward through the main menu to “Vehicle Info”.

3. Press and release the RIGHT arrow button to access the ”Oil Life” screen.

4. Press and release the DOWN arrow button to select “Reset”, then press and release the Right arrow button to select reset of the Oil Life to 100%.

5. Press and release the Up arrow button to exit the EVIC screen.

6. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

When doing the oil change and topping up fluids you will need to use the following specifications:
