1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Press the TRIP button on the Driver Information Centre switch to view various menu choices, stop on OIL LIFE REMAINING.
3. Press and hold the RESET button on the DIC switch for more than 5 seconds. The oil life will change to 100%. The engine oil life monitor is now reset.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
