1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Bring up the odometer reading using the trip meter reset knob then the turn ignition off.
3. Hold down the trip meter reset knob while turning the ignition key to the run position (one position before starting engine).
4. Keep pressing the knob until the “MAINT REQD” light goes off. If the light continues flashing, return to step 1 and try again.
5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
