The 2013 Toyota FJ Curiser is offered in a hybrid gasoline model.  After performing an oil change the maintenance data will need to be reset.  Follow these steps to reset this light:

1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).

2. Ensure odometer reading is shown.  Turn ignition off.

3. While holding down the trip meter reset knob turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).

4. Hold down knob for at least 5 seconds.  The odometer indicates “000000” and the light goes off.  If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing.

5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

When doing the oil change and topping up fluids you will need to use the following specifications:

6.4 US qt. (6.1L)

Brake/Clutch Fluid

Dot 3

Engine Coolant

Toyota Super Long Life Coolant

Automatic Transmission

Toyota Genuine ATF WS

SAE 75W-90

Differentials

Toyota Genuine Differential Gear Oil LT 75W-85 GL5

Transfer Case

Toyota Genuine Transfer Gear Oil LF or SAE 75W
