1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. With the wrench symbol and distance to oil change displayed press the TRIP button for 3 seconds until the wrench symbol and display flash. Release when flashing begins.
3. Wait until the display returns to oil display status which means the light has been reset.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
