1. Turn the ignition to position 1 (one position before starting the engine).
2. Press button (UP arrow) or (DOWN arrow) on the multifunction steering wheel until the FSS indicator appears in the display.
3. Press the reset knob for about 5 seconds until the SERVICE MENU appears in the multifunction display.
4. Select the CONFIRMATION menu with the (+) or (-) button.
5. Press the menu button (looks like file 2 over lapping file folders).
6. The service indicator now displays the CONFIRMATION menu. The selection marker is on CONFIRM.
7. Press the menu button (looks like 2 over lapping file folders).
8. The service indicator now displays the CONFIRM menu. The selection marker is on STANDARD OIL.
9. Press the menu button (looks like 2 over lapping file folders). The words SERVICE CONFIRMED appear in the multifunction display. The service indicator is now reset.
10. Press the menu button on the multifunction steering wheel until the standard display appears in the multifunction display.
11. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
May 30
1. Turn the ignition to position 1 (one position before starting the engine).
2. To call up the trip odometer and main odometer, press either of lower two buttons on left hand side of steering wheel (system select - looks like file folder) until the display appears.
3. Press either of the top buttons on steering wheel (arrows) until the FSS indicator appears.
4. Press R button on the instrument cluster for 2-4 seconds.
5. The display reads "DO YOU WANT TO RESET SERVICE INTERVAL? CONFIRM BY PRESSING R"
6. Press R button on the instrument cluster again and hold until signal sounds.
7. The message "SERVICE INTERVAL HAS BEEN RESET" appears in the multifunction display.
8. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
May 29
1. Turn the ignition to position 1 (one position before starting the engine).

3. The present status for days or distance displays, within 10 seconds turn the electroninc key in steering lock to position 0.
4. Press and hold 0 button while turning electronic key in steering loack to position 2 again. The present status for days or distance displays once more. Continue to hold 0 button for approximately 10 seconds until a signal sounds and the display shows 10 000 (15000KM) for approximately 10 seconds.
5. Release 0 button, the status is reset.
6. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
May 27
1. Turn the ignition to position 1 (one position before starting the engine).

3. Press the left arrow button repeatedly until "trip" is displayed.
4. Press and hold phone button and then within 1 second press and hold down the OK button. Hold for 5 seconds then the workshop menu will be displayed "Vehicle data, Dynamometer Test, Change Brake Lining and ASSYST PLUS".
5. Select ASSYST PLUS and confirm with OK button.
6. Select FULL SERVICE and confirm with OK button.
7. Select CONFIRM SERV and confirm with OK button.
8. Select the oil used "Oil qual. 229.3" or "Oil qual. 229.5" and confirm with OK button.
9. Select YES and confirm with OK button.
10. Select CONFIRMATION and confirm selection by pressing OK button. "Full service carried out" appears in the display.
11. Press the OK button and exit the menu.
12. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
*Close all doors, windows, hood and trunk when performing reset
