1. Turn the ignition to position 1 (one position before starting the engine).
2. Switch ignition on and immediately press knob to left of speedometer twice within 1 second.
3. Present status for days or distance is now displayed. Within 10 seconds, turn key in steering wheel lock to position 0.
4. Press and hold button to the left of speedometer, while turning key in steering lock to position 2 again. The present status for days or distance is displayed again.
5. Continue to hold button until you hear a signal. Release button.
6. The service interval should now display the reset interval.
7. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

7. Select CONFIRM SERV and confirm with OK button.
8. Select the oil used "Oil qual. 229.3" or "Oil qual. 229.5" and confirm with OK button.
9. Select YES and confirm with OK button.
10. Select CONFIRMATION and confirm selection by pressing OK button. "Full service carried out" appears in the display.
11. Press the OK button and exit the menu.
12. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

3. Press the TRIP reset button (center button on instrument panel) quickly 3 times. An audible beep will be heard followed by the battery voltage displayed.
4. Press the scoll forward/back button (left side of steering wheel) to highlight the "Service menu".
5. Use the +/- buttons to select "Confirmation" menu. Press the system select button to confirm. The menu item "Complete service" is highlighted.
6. Press the system selection button to confirm. "Service confirmed" appears.
7. Use the scroll forward/back button to exit the menu.
8. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
