To reset the 1999 Volkswagen S70 service reminder indicator, please follow these instructions:
1. Turn off ignition. 2. Press and hold in the RESET button for the trip odometer, turn ignition on (do not start engine). 3. Continue to hold in the TRIP ODOMETER button for a period of 10 seconds until the Service Reminder Indicator starts flashing, release RESET button within 4 seconds. 4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
