To reset the 2001 Volvo V70 service reminder indicator, please follow these instructions:

1. Turn off ignition.
2. Press and hold in the TRIP METER RESET button, turn ignition on within 2 seconds.
3. Press and hold the RESET button for the trip odometer until the original value has been reset.
4. Release the RESET button for the trip odometer within 4 seconds.
5. Audible signal heard when resetting has been successful.
6. If the trip odometer has already been reset, the RESET button must be held a minimum of 10 seconds and a maximum of 14 seconds.
7. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
