To reset the 2017 Ford Explorer oil change indicator after an oil change service, please follow these instructions:

1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Use the steering wheel controls to scroll to the Settings Menu and press the right arrow button.
3. Scroll to the Vehicle Menu and press the right arrow button.
4. Scroll to Oil Life and press the right arrow button.
